British Internatinal Centre taking advantages of its authorizations, licences and Ministerial conventions and taking into consideration that Italian Universities:
– Have the necessity to level out all incoming students’ linguistic competences in the B1 level of the Common European Framework (CEFR).
– Are interested in providing students a linguistic certification that can be used all over the European Community and that can be useful in the context of Public Administration and in the world of work.
The British International Centre offers Universities to ways to cooperate:
– Training courses for University students through multimedia platforms – internet and/or CD/ROM – based on A1, A2, B1, B1+ e B2 levels from the Common European Framework (reading, writing and listening).
– Provide conventions to offer students various opportunities of linguistic learning in its own offices or at the University with the support of mothertongue teachers who will organise conversation courses once the whole learning path is over.
The courses are organised and projected in cooperation with the Syllabus and established by the Common European Framework (CEFR)
The domains in which the British International Centre and the Universities cooperate are:
– An online testing system for students to test linguistic competences.
– The multimedia British Intitutes course based on the Syllabus and established by the Common European Framework that supports the preparation of exams on a European level.
– Online exams (and written exam) based on the Common European Framework (CEFR). After the exam a certification on European level (CEFR) will be issued.
